Resúmen de los eventos en Homs (la capital de la Revolución Syria) y su zona rural, Martes 26/11/2013:
Continúa el bloqueo sobre el barrio de al-Waer que contiene cerca de medio millón de personas , donde la gente sufre de la falta de las necesidades de vida y condiciones generales de salud especialmente después de la destrucción de los últimos hospitales en la zona y ha caído un mártir por el disparo del francotiradores situado en lo alto de las torres que rodean la zona, y ha sufrido al-Gontto bombardeos con artillería y ametralladoras pesadas desde la aldea de Gburin (Pro del régimen de Bashar al-Assad), también Talbesa ha estado bajo intenso bombardeo dirigido contra casas de civiles, las fuerzas del régimen de al-Assad también dirigieron un número de proyectiles de mortero contra el barrio de al-Insha´at, mientras se ha reanudado el bombardeo sobre los viejos barrios de Homs y Rastan.

--- Summary of the most important events in Homs and its countryside, Tuesday 26/11/2013 up to the moment:
--
- The siege on al-Waer neighborhood continue, which -the neighborhood- contain about half a million people suffering lack of living necessities in general, and worsening of health conditions; especially after destroying the last hospital in the neighborhood; and today there was a martyr by sniper bullet which based over surrounding towers.
- Al-Ghantto was under heavy shelling with artillery and heavy machine guns from Jabborin shabbiha village; also Talbiseh was under heavy artillery shelling targeted civilian houses.
- Regime forces targeted al-Enshaat neighborhood with many mortar shells, while shelling renewed on Homs old neighborhoods and Rastan.
