Gli avvenimenti più importanti della capitale della rivolta, Homs
Ad al Ensha’at raid aerei hanno colpito la zona causando la morte di due persone e il ferimento di decine di persone. sulla parte assediata della città, i bombardamenti sono stati intensi e gli aerei da guerra hanno sorvolato la zona ininterrottamente. Ad al Waer bombardamenti anche oggi, in aggiunta alla chiusura dei valichi della città che impediscono l’entrata e l’uscita dalla stessa. Nella parte assediata, nonostante i bombardamenti, una manifestazione ha colorato le piazze della città, manifestando contro l’assedio, le difficoltà di vita, la fame, e la mancanza di medicine.

--- Today's most important events in Homs (the capital of Syrian revolution) Sun. 13 Oct. 2013:
- Al-Ensha'at neighborhood targeted with many mortar shells by regime forces resulted two martyrs and dozens of wounded in this neighborhood which full with civilians.
- Artillery shelling also renewed on Homs besieged neighborhoods, Dar al-Kbireh, al-Ghantto, al-Hula and Talbiseh.
- In Addition military aviation flight over the northern countryside.
- As well al-Wa'er neighborhood was under shelling with mortar while closure all ports of the neighborhood and prevent people to entry or exit it.
- In Besieged Homs, a great demonstration by the people called to break the siege and lift the injustice on besieged; while the siege continue on the city of Homs and its countryside, and worsening of living, health, & education conditions day after day.
