Local Coordination Committees in Syria
By the end of Sunday the committees were able to document 85 martyrs in Syria, including 7 women, 5 children and 1 under torture: 24 martyrs were reported in Damascus and its suburbs; 18 in Hama , including 10 was executed on the field by regime forces in Arafa village; 14 in Homs ,including 3 martyrs in Damascus Suburbs; 12 in Aleppo; 11 in Daraa and 6 in Idlib
Moreover, the Committees were able to document 180 shelling points across Syria:
Warplanes airstrikes were reported in 20 points, explosive barrels were dropped in Knesheh, Nakhleh, Ain Al-Bardeh and Bashiriyeh in Idlib eastern suburbs and in Jib Abyad and Souran in Hama and Jbab in Aleppo. Surface-to-surface missiles were reported in Homs besieged neighborhoods and Deir Ezzor
Artillery shelling was reported in 94 points, rocket shelling in 42 points and mortar shelling in 18 points across Syria
Moreover, the FSA has clashed with regime forces in 41 points through which:
In Homs, FSA targeted a regime forces' car at Homs-Palmyra highway and killed all members inside it. While in Sfeira, Aleppo, FSA targeted Jabal Al-Waha and officers residence with heavy machine guns and targeted Khrbash checkpoint with rocket launchers. Still in Aleppo, FsA was able to destroy a tank at Sabaa Bahrat Square and killed and injured many regime forces members.
In Daraa, FSA targeted a building in which regime forces fortify in Nawa, while in Nahteh, FSA targeted Radar Battalion with Grad missiles and scored direct assaults.
In Hama, FSA targeted regime forces' checkpoints between Tibat Al-Imam and Latamneh, FSA also liberated Mkateb checkpoint northern Tibat Al-Imam after fierce clashes with regime forces, FSA targeted Hama Military Airport with Grad missiles as well. In Maardes, Hama, FSA was able to kill many regime forces members by targeting a military vehicle at the town's road.
In addition, FSA was able to destroy many machinery and armored vehicles across Syria
