|| Situation in Hama and its Suburbs ||
¤ Hama City:
Military Police forces were seen throughout Hama today, searching for young men who are due for military service, or are even on reserve. People who are found to be in violation of their military service are being arrested on the spot.
Regime forces raided al-Hamedeya and Tareeq Halab today after opposition fighters assassinated a regime figure in al-Tawheed.
Living conditions in the city are worsening, as people have been without water for more than a month and are having difficulty attaining it. There is also heavy inflation.
In the evening:
Regime forces raided al-Bashoura neighborhood and stopped and searched people at the entrances to the neighborhood. They arrested four men. Also, rockets were fired from the military airport toward the city's suburbs.
¤ Suburbs of Hama:
Northern Suburbs:
Last night, Kafranbooda was subject to heavy shelling from Braideej and Tal Othman. At least five rockets struck the town.
Eastern Suburbs:
The regime's attacks on Hama's eastern suburbs using rockets and explosive barrels continue. Some of the villages targeted today were Qasr ibn Wardan, Eqeirbat, Masoud, Masaada, Abu Hanaya and al-Mufakker, leaving a number of people wounded. Clashes between regime and opposition forces in the area continue as well. In the evening, rocket shelling of the region was renewed, and regime forces at the Rahajan checkpoint fired artillery shells toward al-Hamdaneya.

The shelling of Shahshabo Mountain is ongoing.
