|| Situation in the City and Countryside ||
¤ Hama City:
The city of Hama has been suffering a lack of services provided by regime officials, who are attempting to pressure residents sympathetic with the revolution. Water outages have become frequent; today water was cut from all neighborhoods of the city. Power outages are also often reported, even with rising temperatures. Some neighborhoods of the city are often left without internet as well. 
Today, regime forces launched a campaign of raids and arrested in Tareeq Halab neighborhood near al-Amali Pool. They also deployed in al-Souq area (al-Dabagha, March 15 Street, Al-Marabet Street, Bab al-Balad, Al-Mugheela, Janoob al-Thakaneh). They raided and conducted arrested in parts of al-Hader, including al-Fayhaa. 
At around 9 p.m., two explosions were heard in al_Karameh neighborhood as Free Syrian Army forces attacked a military convoy heading to the Military Airport using Grad missiles. 

¤ Hama Countryside: 
Northern Hama Countryside:
Intense rocket launcher shelling of al-Ghab Plain and Shahshabo Mountain from the Joureen Military Base left a number of houses in ruins. Also, regime forces at Deir Mharde bombarded al-Masasneh village, and the area northwest of Tayebt al-Imam, using artillery shells. 

Helfaya:
Ahmed Mohammad Mesbah Rajab was arrested at the political security checkpoint on Mharde Road, and Eisa Abdullah al-Hamadi was arrested by political security forces while headed to Lebanon. 

Kafranbooda:
Shelling of Kafranbooda was reported amid heavy clashes between regime and opposition forces in the area south of the city. 

Aqrab:
Artillery shelling of the town from nearby regime checkpoints was reported.

Al-Ghab Plain:
Al-Ghab Plain was subject to heavy artillery shelling from the Joureen Military Base and the Nahl checkpoint in Sqailbeya. 

Kafarzeita:
This evening, regime forces fired rocket and artillery shells onto Kafarzeita and its farmlands. 

M'aardes:
Assad regime forces raided M'aardes and arrested Badr Mustafa al-Ahmed, age 35, Marwan Mohammad al-Ahmed, age 33, and Mushref Ali al-Nemr, age 23.
