Most Important Events in the City of Homs on Tuesday 18/06/2013

*Residents of Al Waaer witnessed a horrific night of shelling - Shelling continues to target the villages and towns of the province - Two airstrikes on Al-Tayba in the suburbs of Tadmor*

Shelling with mortars and machine guns continued throughout the night against Al Waaer neighbrohood, resulting in mass destruction and burning of cars and homs. In the suburbs, renewed shelling by regime forces of the city of Rastan from Al Mushrifa and Engineering Battallions was reported, as Dar Al Kabira was targeted with Gvozdika artillery from the War College. In the town of Ghanto, shelling with mortars and artillery resulted in a number of injuries and burning of crops. Additionally, the town of Al Shoor was hit with continous mortar shelling for over an hour. In Tadmor, warplanes attacks thed village of Tayba twice, as rocket shelling left a number of residents injured. The Water Company was targeted with tank and Gvozdika shellign this evening.
