***Headlines***
Helicopter and recon aircrafts over Daraya; rocket launcher and artillery shelling; storming attempts renew; clashes between FSA and regime forces

*** Recent developments on the ground***
As has been the daily routine in Daraya, a military convoy of tanks, BMP vehicles, machinegun trucks, and troop carriers headed towards the city. The storming attempt was repelled by the FSA along several fronts including the alleged Sukaina Shrine, the Old Corniche, as well as the western and southern fronts.
Shelling did not stop either. For six months in a row, the city has been shelled using all types of arms: artillery, rocket launchers, surface-to-surface missiles and tanks. The continual shelling targeted residential neighbourhoods as well as combat fronts.
Recon aircrafts as well as helicopters flew over the city today.
The city is still suffering under a tight siege leading to extreme shortage in all supplies and a complete interruption of electricity, water and communications.

*** Humanitarian situation***

The suffering of the displaced Darayans is increasing on a daily basis, especially those in neighbouring towns. More than 200,000 displaced people face unimaginable difficulties under siege, shelling and recurring massacres. People remaining inside Daraya are facing a far greater threat under siege and total absence of the basic necessities of life including electricity and water.

*** Medical Centre Report***
A few people are still suffering from toxic gas poisoning after yesterday’s attack. The medical team has been following up these cases closely with the aim of helping them achieve recovery.
The medical team continues to provide all possible help to rescue and treat injured victims whether civilians or FSA fighters despite the extreme shortage in medical staff, equipment and material.
The field hospital received today a number of injured victims. The victims were rescued and given the necessary treatment and medication.
