*** Recent developments on the ground***
For five months, Daraya has been targeted with violent shelling originating from Al-Mazzeh military airport and Presidential Guard Barracks. The shelling damaged residential neighbourhoods and infrastructure in most areas and led to the death of 3 people and to a number of injuries.
Regime forces continued with their efforts to control the city. This morning, a military convoy supported by 7 tanks, 4 BMP vehicles, 5 armoured vehicles, 5 DShK vehicles, as well as ambulances and troop-carrying vehicles moved towards the city. Intermittent clashes broke out in the vicinity of Sukaina Shrine.
The FSA in Daraya, in coordination with FSA battalions in Qadam and Sebeneh, targeted Air force Intelligence and Mushmush Tower on Damascus-Daraa Highway using mortar bombs achieving direct hits. Smoke was seen billowing from the Air force Intelligence branch.

*** Humanitarian situation***
More than 200,000 people have fled Daraya and they are living in horrible humanitarian conditions amid dire need for all the necessities of life especially food.
As for the defiant city of Daraya, the people are living in complete lack of electricity, water and food amid a strict siege blocking all entrance points to the city.
Arrest campaigns continue against the displaced people of Daraya in their places of residence and on all checkpoints in Damascus city and Damascus Countryside towns.
*** Medical Centre Report***
The medical team continues to provide all possible help to rescue and treat injured victims whether civilians or FSA fighters despite the extreme shortage in medical staff, equipment and material.
The field hospital received today 6 injured victims whose situations were between serious and fair. The victims were rescued and given the necessary treatment and medication.

• A number of soldiers including a sniper near Alsamh Mosque
• A number of soldiers including a sniper around Alkholani Mosque

• A number of soldiers including a sniper hiding inside homes near the Cemetery and Municipality square
• A number of soldiers including a sniper on the Old Corniche
• A number of soldiers including a sniper near the Cultural Centre
• Along Sahnaya –Jedaideh Road which runs alongside Daraya
• Aldahadeel Road between Hammam Alqishani and Alsalam Mosque
• Snipers spread in the vicinity the above areas targeting any moving body.
