::DEIR EZZOR CITY::
The military campaign continued in the province of Deir Ezzor for the 282nd day.
MiG warplanes flew above the city, and renewed heavy shelling on the city’s liberated neighborhoods took place. Bombing focused on:
-Al-Omal
-Hawiqeh
-Cinema Fouad Street
-Main Street
Columns of smoke were seen rising above the city because of the barbaric shelling by regime forces.
This coincided with clashes in Hawiqeh Neighborhood, and sporadic gunfire from the Military Police, Sabi’ Bahrat Circle, and the security square in Al-Qussour Neighborhood
Despite the siege on the city, inhabitants protested on the Friday of “Your Chemical Weapons Will Not Stop the Spread of Freedom”
