Martyrs:

1- Muhammad Khalifa Al Khidr Al Saleh- combatant- Al-Oma battalion- martyred in Al Hassaka (Ras el ‘Ayn) , in a ploy set up by local shabihas- Al Sh’eitat (3/15)
2- Abdurrahman Obeid Al-Mohsen Al-bahr- combatant- Al-Oma battalion- martyred in Al Hassaka (Ras el ‘Ayn) , in a ploy set up by local shabihas- Al Sh’eitat (3/15)
3- Hmoud Khleif An-nahar- combatant- Al-Oma battalion- martyred in Al Hassaka (Ras el ‘Ayn) , in a ploy set up by local shabihas- Al Sh’eitat (3/15)
4- Khalil, son of Abo Riyadh, 15 years old, a humanitarian relief worker, martyred because of injuries caused by debris due to Assad shelling of Deir Ezzor while the young man was trying to secure gasoline to a local bakery.
5- Muhammad Hussein Ar-raja- Al-nasra fighter- Al Hawiqeh- perished during clashes in the neighborhood. He was originally from Al-Buseirah.
6- Ramadan Hamid Al-Ali- martyred in a ploy set up in Um-alkhair village in Al-hassaka.
Deir Ezzor Martyrs in the last few days:
1- Maya Walid Al-Abdullah, martyred after a rocket hit Al-raqqa on 3/12/2013. She was 14 years old, and is originally from Deir Ezzor.
Deir Ezzor:
The ruthless military campaign on Deir Ezzor continues for the 274th day. Military aircrafts continued to invade the skies of the city. Various parts of Deir Ezzor were also shelled and witnessed a number of explosions, with mortar shells hitting various neighborhoods in town (Al Sheikh Yaseen, the Main street etc...). Battalion 137 continued to shell the liberated neighborhoods. Alkanamat was the target of several mortar shells, alongside clashes between the FSA and Assad forces in Al Sin’a (industrial zone).
Despite the ongoing siege and shelling, a protest was held to commemorate the second anniversary of the Syrian revolution.

Deir Ezzor province (rural areas):
Massive protests were held at al Mayatheen, Al Bokamal, Al Qoriyeh, calling for the demise of the Assad regime, celebrating the second anniversary of the Syrian revolution. Al-‘Ashara, Bokros, Al-Khreita and Al Jurthi also held demonstrations today. Assad forces launched rocket attacks on Al Shuhail, which caused great damage, in addition to mortar shell attacks on Al Mrei’iyeh, Hattla & Al Shahabat in Deir Ezzor.
