-Saeed Khalaf Al-Omar, originally from Mathloum Village in Deir Ezzor Province, FSA, martyred in Al-Hasaka Province during clashes with the regime army
-Ala Kamil Al-Salman, martyred as a result of the regime’s shelling on Deir Ezzor City

::DEIR EZZOR CITY::
The regime’s military campaign on Deir Ezzor continued for the 268th consecutive day.
The intense shelling was renewed on most of the neighborhoods in Deir Ezzor city, mainly targeting:
-Hawiqeh neighborhood
-Al-Urthi neighborhood
-Al-Jbeileh neighborhood
-Al-Omal neighborhood
Clashes between the FSA and regime forces were heard in Al-Omal neighborhood and at the edges of Al-Jbeileh neighborhood. There is no truth to the reports spread by the regime that its forces have stormed Al-Omal neighborhood, as it still remains under the control of the FSA.
The situation in Al-Jura and Al-Qusour neighborhoods:
-There is reduced presence of regime forces, in comparison to the previous weeks
-Large numbers of the people of Deir Ezzor, who had been displaced to Al-Raqqa province, have returned
-Many schools have been opened for use as refuge for those returning families who had been in A-Raqqa
-There is a major crisis in rent prices due to the high population density
