Deir Ezzor city:
Military flight targeted Al-Haweeqa, Al-Urthi, Al-Arfi, Al-Ummal, Al-Jbeileh, Masakin Al-Hezib and Hamidiya neighborhoods. Violent clashes took place in Al-Jbeileh neighborhood. Most of the neighborhoods still have no power or water supply; in addition to the food crisis.

Deir Ezzor countryside:
Power outages continues for the forth day in a row in Abu Kamal - the city and the country side- beside the fuel crisis.
Ash'hail and Al-M'rai'eiyeh villages were subjected to shelling by the military flight. Warplanes flew also over Mayadin city.
The regime army targeted Al-Husseiniyeh, Al-H'ssan, Al-Sh'habat and Al-J'naineh villages by heavy shelling as well.
Power outrages continues in the western countryside for the fifth day in a row; in addition to the cut-off of water supply and communications.
