Summary of events in besieged -Homs up to 10:30pm - 19/12/2012

The number of martyrs has reached 5 thus far as today marks 195 days of siege on many parts of the province with a cut of aid, medicines, food, electricity, water and warmth. Almost a million people within the city of Homs have become internally displaced either within the same province or across Syria. Schools and mosques still host the homeless with most living in freezing conditions. Warplanes, TNT barrels, cluster bombs and tanks continue to attack the suburbs and central areas. 30 areas have been shelled thus far and they are:

The siege on this camp gets much worse as roads are slowly shut off. The A'edeen camp is almost 500 shabeeha and army soldiers there and it is expected they are preparing to attack somewhere soon.
• Baba Amr Orchards, Jobar and Alsultaniyeh:
The neighborhoods have been shelled violently by regime thugs as explosions continue to shake every part of these areas with the source mainly being the the pro-regime village of Aysoun. Clashes continued and this led to the fall of many injuries and the fall of Abdulhakeem Always aged 18 as a martyr. He was a member of the "Baba Amr Martyrs Battalion".
