This is the 27th day of the continuous, savage military campaign carried out by regime's army and security forces. Homs city and its suburbs still are being bombarded... daily as regime's militias are using mortars, rocket launchers, and warplanes in several areas. Up till the moment this report is being written in, at least 13 areas got bombarded by regime's militias:
-Al Houleh
-Eastern Al Buwayda
-Abel
-Al Dab'ah
-Al Qusair
-Al Ghanto
-Talbiseh
-Jobar
-Al Sultaneyyeh
-Jouret Al Shayyah
-Talf
-Al Burj
-Rastan
At least, 9 civilians got martyred up till now.
The bombardment is being carried out from several areas, including:
-the military college in Al Waer district
-Air Defense college Al Maskaneh area
-Al Handaseh brigade near Rastan
-Al Sawareekh (rockets) briagde near Al Ghanto
-pro-regime Jaboureen, Asyoon, and Hwash villages
The humanitarian conditions are beyond miserable because of the suffocating siege imposed on the many areas in the province. The siege has deprived the city and several parts of its suburbs from the most basic needs for life. There is an extremely massive scarcity in provisions, gas, fuel, water, and medical supplies. Electricity and internet are both cut off too. Hospitals are no more as they all are occupied by regime’s militias.

Because of the very heavy bombardment being carried out by regime's army, 3 buildings completely collapsed in the district. Civilian Hazem Edrees got martyred and 5 others still are stuck under the rubble. Only one wounded civilians got pulled out of the rubble and he is in a critical condition.

* Jobar and Sultaneyyeh districts:
Tens of shells and rockets are falling on the area, fired by the helicopters hovering over the area. 4 cases were documented of civilians suffocating because of a toxic gas fumed by helicopter shells.

* Talbiseh:
Since the early morning, the heavy tank shelling got renewed by regime's army. Shells and rockets hammered the city at random. The pace of the shelling was 3 shells per minute. Warplanes have also aided in the bombardment. Civilian Bashar Muhammad Al Joma'h got consequently martyred and several others got injured by the bombardment. Huge fires ignited because of the extreme shelling.

* Al Qusair:
Regime's militias are heavily and randomly bombarding the city using mortars, rocket launchers, and tanks. Tens of shells fell on the city and the village surrounding it. Several houses got destroyed and fire ignited in several bombarded houses and orchards.
* Eastern Al Buwayda and Al Dab'ah:
Warplanes heavily and randomly bombarded the houses in the area. Helicopters also opened gunfire by its machine guns, targeting residential areas.
* Abel village:
Several civilians got injured by the heavy helicopter and tank bombardment targeting the village. Several houses got consequently destroyed and fires ignited in several of them. Smoke was spotted billowing over the area.

* Ezz Al Deen:
Colonel Ahmed Al Salem Al Ne'emee and, Khaled Mubarak Al Ne'emee, sergeant Maen Al Ne'emee, and First Lt Thamer Al Btaish Al Ne'emee defected from regime's army and joined the Free Syrian army.

2 explosions were heard in the area. Source and reason are both unknown.
* Al Ghouta district:
An army truck loaded with 6 Shabiha (thugs) entered the district and began to randomly open gunfire at the houses, specifically in the road linking the directorate of health to Al Gardenia roundabout.
* Akrad Al Dasneh:
Siblings Muhammad Abdul Salam Al Omar and Ammar Abdul Salam Al Omar got martyred, killed by the Shabiha (thugs) and loyalists in pro-regime Jaboureen village. They were tending their sheep when they got killed.

* Abel village:
New military reinforcements arrived to the area. A tank was spotted at the train tracks in the area. Helicopters were then spotted over the area.
* Al Houleh:
Regime's forces' tanks that were stationed near the water foundation headed to the east. Regime's militias then began bombarding the houses located on the eastern side of the water foundation, leading to the destruction of several houses. Also, northern districts were targeted by the bombardment, leading to the martyrdom of a woman and a child. Several other children and women got injured. The road linking the Taldu-Al Burj towns also got bombarded. Smoke was spotted billowing from Al Burj and Talf towns as they also are being shelled. The pace of the shelling there is 3 shells per minute.
