--- Summary of the most important events in Homs and its countryside, Wednesday 20/11/2013:
- Talbiseh was under heavy shelling with artillery and mortar from military engineering battalion in al-Mesherfeh and Pro-regime village of al-Ashrafeih, the shelling resulted many injuries include children.
- Al-Hula was under heavy shelling with artillery and rocket launchers from Qurmous barrier and Water Foundation, the shelling was focus on civilian houses.
- In Dar al-Kbireh, there was violent clashes between revolutionaries against regime forces, in conjunction with heavy mortar shelling on the town.
- Shelling also renewed on Old Homs Neighborhoods and al-Hossun "Krak des Chevaliers", and the imposed siege by regime forces on the city of Homs and its countryside continue, lack of medicines and baby milk too, and worsening conditions of living, medical and educational.

Resúmen de los eventos en Homs (la capital de la Revolución Syria) y su zona rural, Miércoles 20/11/2013:
Sufrió Talbesa un violento bombardeo con artillería y morteros desde la Facultad de Ingeniería en al-Musharafa y el pueblo de al-Ashrafieh que es pro del régimen de al-Assad lo que llevó a la caída de un número de heridos , algunos de ellos niños, también sufrió al- Houla intensos bombardeos con artillería y cohetes lanzadores desde la barrera Qurms y la Fundación de Agua en donde se centró sobre las casas de civiles, y en al-Dar al-Kabera hubo enfrentamientos violentos entre los rebeldes y las fuerzas de al-Assad coincidiendo con intensos bombardeos con mortero sobre la ciudad, mientras tanto se han renovado los bombardeos sobre los viejos barrios de Homs y Qal´at al-Hosson, todo esto viene con el continúo asedio asfixiante impuesto por las fuerzas del régimen de al-Assad en la ciudad y su zona rural, con falta de medicamentos, leche para bebés y el deterioro de las condiciones de vida; médicos y educativos.
