--- Today's most important events in Homs and its countryside, Sunday 17/11/2013 up to the moment:
- Shelling with artillery and rocket launchers renewed on besieged town of al-Hossn from Wadi al-Nasara, and resulted one martyr because of shelling.
- Rastan also was under heavy shelling and there was huge explosions sounds, and people still suffering because of siege and shelling.
- Al-Wa'er neighborhood was under fire from sorrounding barriers and a young man martyred by bullet of al-Mazraa village shabbiha.
- Shelling also renewed on besieged neighborhoods of Homs, Talbiseh and Dar al-Kabireh. The siege which made it regime forces on the city of Homs and its countryside continue, and lack of medicines baby milk, and worsening conditions of living, medical and educational.

4- Martyr: Khalef Mahmoud al-Rajab, Talkalakh, cited in the massacre of Wadi Mawla, 15/11/2013.

Resúmen de los eventos en Homs (la capital de la Revolución Syria) y su zona rural, Domingo 17/11/2013:
Se ha renovado el bombardeo sobre la asediada ciudad de al-Hosson con artillería y lanzacohetes que están concentrados en el Valle de los cristianos, en donde cayó un mártir a causa de ello, además ha sufrido al-Rastan bombardeos de artillería y sonidos de grandes explosiones además del continuo sufrimiento de la gente por el bloqueo y el bombardeo continuado, y en al-Waer sufrió el barrio el fuego de los obstáculos circundantes y puntos de control donde el murió un jóven que fue baleado con el fuego de las bandas terrorístas de al-Assad “Shabbeha” en el pueblo de la granja, también se renovarón los bombardeos en los viejos barrios de Homs,Talbesa y al-Dar al-Kabera, todo esto viene con el continuo asedio asfixiante impuesto por las fuerzas del régimen de al-Assad en la ciudad y su zona rural, con falta de medicamentos, leche para bebés y el deterioro de las condiciones de vida; médicos y educativos.
