The Assad regime's relentless bombardment and siege, resulting in humanitarian catastrophe for the thousands of civilians in the region, have not stopped.

Al Sabineh: Frenzied bombardment with surface-to-surface missiles, tanks, rocket launchers, mortars and every type of heavy artillery by regime forces supported by mercenaries from the Iraqi Abu Fadl al Abbas Brigades and shabiha (pro-regime paramilitaries) forced the FSA to withdraw from Al Sabineh, with most of the remaining residents fleeing the long-besieged neighbourhood in fear of being slaughtered. Regime forces and their accomplices are now razing homes in the area.

Qaboun: Regime forces are using heavy artillery and heavy machine guns against the already devastated neighbourhood.
